Vision is key Making cheats for league is extremely hard not because of their anticheat, it's because in games such as rust / csgo, the game operates by temporarily storing values in the games memory, and you can access these values to create an esp for example. For league however, everything is completely server sided and little is stored in your computer's memory, meaning there is no traditional method allowing people to create hacks, scripts however are a different story they have nothing to do with accessing a games memory and can work regardless 1

Fortnite loaders are about as rare as rust ones, so the game's developers must have done a fair amount of preventive work - but I'm not sure if fortnite is technically hard or if cheat providers just get taken down. Besides, blacksector have previously offered a fortnite loader way back when the game released, so I could imagine that there's a reason why the developers stopped working on it.
