You can either purchase multiple quantity of a sub or you can just get a different length, eg. 3 months instead of 1 month.

It can and will most likely in most cases work but remember that they are not officially supported so support given if anything goes wrong will be limited and there is no way of knowing if its detected on a specific game without testing.
