HWID spoofer

So i bought the HWID spoofer to use on fortnite because im banned. The spoofer worked fine but when i opened fortnite i had 80-250 ping when i usually had 5-15 ping when i wasnt banned/ wasnt using it. Is this normal? is it a way to not get this much ping?

No this is not normal.

Try running the following commands in cmd.exe (as administrator)

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all

Can you guys say what settings i should use when i spoof?

Just make a new profile and click all random, then it will change all of the values of your computer's parts.
