Paid for 1 month of PUBG Full in Btc via coinpayments however it is saying I have no active subscription and in my purchases it shows my old expired weekly subscription only.

What do I do?

You need to wait until the bitcoin payment is processed, it is not instant, you have to wait for confirmations.
