the Loader no response

when I RUN the loader as admin,there is nothing happened,i only noticed the loader appeared ,after some seconds it is disappeared in the task manager.

SO any advice?

WIN10 64bit 1903

BTW i have downloaded the newest loader

It is possible your antivirus is blocking it.
