You can not buy it when the status is not all GREEN, which means if it isn't it is being worked on. Only other way is to find a reseller like most of us do. Try ElitePvpers.

No it was all GREEN until recently actually, was GREEn for at least 4 to 6 weeks, they are always updating their ANTI-CHEAT system so it is a game of cat and mouse, mate. Please understand.

When I've gone to the products tab, since December, after you press the PUBG tab, there's nothing there. Its probably I just come at the wrong times, but, I know cheating will get me banned, and its a chance I'm more than willing to take.
