Why did my subscription end all of a sudden?

I purchased it on October 18th
I purchased a 30-day pass.
There is no PUBG in the list.
What happened?

I have the same problem.

Purchased on 16/10/2019 for 1 month 

So it should end 16/11/2019 but yesterday suddenly it was canceled without any explanation ..
