I know of only one public provider which I will obviously not mention here but there hack is def detected I ripped the source and saw it was absolute crap, the only PUBG hacks working are very private/self coded and these ppl will not hand them out as the get patched instantly when a hack becomes public. I have one of my own but will obviously not release for reasons mentioned above.

Can't say on the grounds I may incriminate myself but let's just say I don't lay bricks for a living.
