EAC does collect information about your IP (lol) and HWID. They also blacklist drivers from other pay2cheat sites, so you should first make sure you remove all files relating to the cheat you used, and then clean it up with Ccleaner. It's probably also a smart idea to try doing a windows reset/refresh if you're using windows10. If you're still getting banned after completely removing all files and cleaning up your PC, well.. you've probably had your HWID blacklisted permanently.
