Fracking

After trying more than i'd like to admit to purchase the hwid spoofer, I've come here to ask if this is a known thing before I go and buy crypto. The paypal part it says I have no payment methods, so when I try and add my card back it says that there was an error. And it does the same thing when I try and pay with another card of mine or when I use the paypal purchase without logging in. I have no clue why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated!
