Config lässt sich nicht speichern und erstelle

Ich kann settings machen aber diese nicht abspeichern, es kommt immer die Meldung Unable to Create/Safe Config, Der Ordner wo die sachen gespeichert sind ist schreibgeschützt, ich kann den hacken weg machen aber er ist sofort wieder da was kann ich machen habe den Hack schon mal gehabt da hatte ich keine probleme
